Mike and Ann
traveled to Italy in the Spring of 2002, and again
in 2006 and fell in love with the romantic nature
of the people and the land. When faced with
the challenge of purchasing a new home, they looked
for something that had the charm of a hilltop setting,
so reminiscent of Italian hill towns.
Although only ten minutes from the city, it seems
like you are light years away. The main house, built
in the mid-1960's, faces the West with incredible
views of the Coast Range and sunsets that take your
breath away. The profusion of rhododendron and other
flowering plants is reminiscent of Bellagio on Lake
Como in Northern Italy. When coming to visit, bring
a camera along to capture the beauty of our Villa.
